Fall = Halloween and Fun!

With Fall fast approaching, Halloween isn’t far behind. We have some quick projects and fun fabrics to get you ready.

You have plenty of time to use our kit to make the Cloud Nine Halloween quilt. Choose the kit, or just the pattern if you have a collection of Halloween prints. Too much? Then just hang the Ghostly Greetings panel and call it a finished project.

If Steampunk is your thing, we have a precious panel featuring the owl and cat. There is also an embroidery CD if machine embroidery is your love. (I stitched them and it was such fun….big project, but fun!)

Want a little handwork? How about our Happy Halloween tea towel embroidery, or our Halloween witch.

We have pre-cuts and fabrics to go with the Ghostly Greetings Panel.

If machine embroidery is your thing, you might love these Steampunk characters. To do the applique version shown here, you will need a machine that has at least an 8″ x 12″ hoop size. There are a total of 12 desgins on the CD in addition to the two large applique designs. The cat and owl are also included in embroidery only. CD includes the following formats: dst, exp, hus, jef, pes, shv, vip, vp3.

Check out the coordinating fabrics. There is also a panel with the owl and cat if you aren’t interested in the embroidery CD.

Time for some Halloween sewing!

Fun Halloween designs have been arriving with all the iconic symbols scattered throughout: black cats, bats, black birds, spiders and spider webs, skeletons, pumpkins along with the perfect coordinating small prints in rich orange and black. We now have these Halloween lines: Moda’s – Ghostly Greetings, Riley Blake’s – Bad to the Bone and Halloween Whimsy, QT fabrics – Steampunk Halloween, and 3 Wishes – Boo Ya’ll as well as more Halloween prints lines from Northcott, Clothworks and Alexander Henry.

Halloween Quilt Kit

If you want help selecting a great combination of “boo-tiful” Halloween fabrics for an easy project, just pick up one of our Cloud Nine Halloween Quilt Kits. It features some of our favorite spook-tacular fabrics.

Cloud Nine Halloween Quilt Kit

We’ve pulled together a fun collection of our latest Halloween fabrics to bring you this 54″ x 70″ Cloud Nine Halloween Quilt Kit (shown on the left side of this image). The large blocks show off the fabric prints and make it easy to stitch together quickly.

The kit includes all the fabrics, including the binding, and pattern to complete the top of the quilt.

Moda’s Ghostly Greetings fabric line

Moda’s Ghostly Greetings panel has many iconic Halloween symbols on a fun 24″ x 42″ panel. The panel is shown on the 2nd line below. The coordinating Ghostly Greetings prints work well with the panel, but are wonderful on their own.

Riley Blake’s Bad to the Bone and Halloween Whimsy fabric lines

Riley Blake has 2 fun Halloween fabric lines: Halloween Whimsy and Bad to the Bone, shown below. They coordinate beautifully with one another, so we’ve mixed them all together here.

QT Fabrics – Steampunk Halloween fabric line

Halloween is a perfect time to pull-out the Steampunk designs! This fun QT Fabrics Steampunk Halloween Panel and the coordinates add a modern twist to the classic Halloween imagery.

If you love the Steampunk Halloween fabrics as much as we do, the Steampunk Halloween Embroidery CD is a great idea – you’ll be able to stitch out some of these fun characters year after year – long after the fabric is gone!

There are 12 embroidery designs ranging from 4″ x 4″ to 10 1/2″ x 16″. The larger designs are also available as applique.
Formats included: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SHV, VIP, VP3
There are also SVG files for cutting machines.

Steampunk Halloween Panel Pattern

Get ready for Fall — Halloween Fabrics begin to arrive

We have barely gotten started with our hot weather, but we are already seeing new fall fabrics arrive. When it just too hot to enjoy being outside, it’s a great time to work on those fall projects. Check out our newest fabrics.

This next little Retro Halloween group is so new that it won’t be in the shop until about the 30th of June. If you want to order the panel or coordinates, we will ship as soon as they arrive.
