Olive Ann Designs is one of our favorite pattern companies for dresses just for little girls. Their unique idea is to make the same dress for a doll. It’s so clever as what little girl doesn’t want her doll to be in the same dress.
The pleated front is done before the pattern is cut out so it makes the construction very easy. This is a pull on dress with elastic in the straps and back bodice. It includes the pattern for a matching dress for an 18″ doll. Includes sizes 3 – 8
For sizes 3 – 6 purchase: 1 3/4yds
For sizes 7 – 8 purchase: 2 yds
For all sizes purchase 1/2yd for the accent band
This is an easy to sew dress, jumper or top. It also includes the pattern for a matching outfit for an 18″ doll.
This pattern is actually reversible and this year round design can be made in an afternoon. The pattern includes sizes 1 – 6
