Easy Peazy Pleats dress from Olive Ann Designs

This is a darling dress with such an easy way to make the pleats. They are done while the fabric is flat and then the pattern is cut out of the pleated fabric. Truly “easy peazy”. This pattern comes in sizes 3 – 8 and includes the pattern for a doll sized version.

This is about the cutest pattern ever. Doesn’t hurt that the little girl wearing the dress is darling too.

The sizes run 3 – 8.

For the main fabric sizes 3 – 6, purchase 1 3/4yds. For the main fabric sizes 7 – 8, purchase 2 yards. For the trim, purchase 3/8yd for all sizes.

There are lots of great choices for this pattern. We loved all the critters on this fabric but still in pastel pinks, peaches and blues.

For something a little stronger in color we chose the Woodland critters and Kaffe spot.
