Camp Shirt and Picasso Rayons – Great combo!
A camp shirt for the summer months is just the thing for our weather. We have combined our favorite camp shirt pattern from Cuttling LInes Designs and one of our Picasso Rayons from Telio fabrics. Great mix.
These rayon prints are lightweight and machine washable. I even put mine in the dryer on low. They come out great. It’s time to give rayon another try if you haven’t sewn with it in many years.
This classis camp shirt can be made with our without darts that come up from the hem. We chose without darts for a loose, comfortable fit.
Sizes include XS-XL. This is a roomy pattern, particularly without the darts.
Our rayon prints are 55″ wide so our suggestion for fabric is as follows:
Sizes XS-M — 2 yds
Sizes LG – XL – 2 1/2yds
The pattern calls for 4 buttons, but we used 5. Just put in a note and I will be happy to select you some great buttons for your project.

We love this pattern. It’s easy to make and so comfortable to wear.
We like ours without darts for an easy fit.
It looks great over jeans, but then everything looks good with jeans.
